This sophisticated red wine is an earthy blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The scent of ripe plum complements the elegant nose of this wine. Medium bodied with a polished mouthfeel, enjoy notes of cassis, raspberry, and a hint of dark licorice.

Chicken Marinade

We took a fresh whole chicken and seasoned with Montreal Steak Spice topped with marinade.

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

BBQ at 400 degrees till inside temp reaches 165 degrees. Rest for 15 minutes covered until ready to carve and serve.
