Frank Brewing Co’s New England Sunshine IPA will catch your eye & your tastebuds!

 

 

Cheesy Shrimp and Cauliflower Mash.

 We made the mash instead of the grits. (Amazing!)

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil (Cindy’s Garden Olive Oil)
