Ingredients

- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup olive oil divided (Compliments of Dressed by an Olive)
- Fresh basil (Compliments of Lee and Maria’s Market)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar

The 2017 year produced a wine with remarkable crisp green apple and grapefruit flavours, with subtle peach and pear. It is a crisp and refreshing dry wine with a pleasant fruity bouquet and finish. Another in a series of great Erie Shore Vineyard Rieslings that must be tried to be appreciated.
