Chapter Two Brewing Zug Island Porter

ABV 4.7%    35 IBU

While this beer may look like Zug Island run-off, looks are definitely deceiving. Light coffee notes and some dark fruit in the aroma give way to deep toasty flavours that flow between toffee and chocolate with a slightly dry roasted finish. This medium bodied, full flavoured beer has a softer carbonation that allows the flavours to mingle on the tongue and to get your taste buds humming.
