- Salt and ground pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil (Compliments of Dressed by an Olive)
Avocado Egg Scramble with Cheese Curds
- ½ Tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ yellow onion minced (Compliments of Lee and Maria’s Market)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp crème fraîche optional
- ½ avocado peeled and chopped
- ½ cup cheese curds
- ¾ cup baby kale leaves or spinach

Brew Microbrewery Maple Beer
WINDSOR, ON – BREW Microbrewery has announced that one of its flagship brands is now available to order online, with free delivery in the local area.
BREW Maple Beer (5% abv) is described as “a malty smooth maple ale, spiced with fresh ginger root which finishes with subtle maple notes and a gentle hop bitterness.”
Selling via the BREW website for $70.35 per case of 24 x 473 ml cans, Maple Beer will be delivered for free to addresses in Windsor, with standard shipping rates applying for the rest of Ontario.
For each case of Maple Beer sold, BREW will plant a maple tree on a 15-acre wooded property near Windsor that the brewery owns and stewards.
