Roast Beef and Gouda Cheese Open Faced Sandwich

Quick and easy sandwich to use with left over Roast Beef

Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb Roast Beef Sliced
  • 1 cup Mashed potaotes
  • 1 cup Beef Gravy
  • 1 slice Gouda Cheese
  • 1 slice Bread

Instructions
 

  • Heat gravy and meat in same pot till hot and warm mashed potatoes.
  • Place Slice of cheese on bread.
  • Assemble sandwich, putting mashed potatoes on cheese then gravy and beef.
  • Put in 300 degree oven for 10 minutes till cheese melts.
  • Serve and enjoy.
