Cherry Tomato and Bocconcini Bites
Ingredients
- 10 cherry tomatoes Compliments of Lee and Maria’s Market
- 10 baby bocconcini
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil Compliments of Dressedby an Olive
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- wash tomatoes and basil
- warm oilive oil in pan and stir in tomotoes to warm
- place bocconcini balls on basil leaves and place warm tomatoes
- Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to serve.
