Join Smashed Apple’s Chef Bill at the beautiful CREW: Colchester Ridge Estate Winery for a NOLA inspired 3-course cooking class and learn techniques that have earned him a successful catering company and countless culinary awards. Creator of Windsor’s NOLAs menu in walkerville. Chef Bill will teach you everything from buying the freshest ingredients to constructing unforgettable dishes. Once you’ve mastered those skills, you’ll be able to learn how to cook the perfect recipes to host the ultimate dinner party.
