The Vines Restaurant has put together an incredible three course menu for the evening.

First Course

Beet Salad with artisanal greens, in-house pickled beets, goat cheese, radish, dried cranberries, candied pecan granola and house made shallot vinaigrette

Second Course

Your choice of one of the following dishes

Roasted chicken supreme with lemon thyme cream sauce, dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetable

Sirloin (6oz) crusted with steak spice, red wine demi, dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetable

Roasted mushroom and brie wellington with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetable

Third Course

N.Y. style cheesecake with a berry coulis and mixed berries
