Join us for a Winemaker & Sommelier hosted journey into the world of wine, tasting, and food pairing. We’ll swirl, smell, and sip our way through six wines paired with cheese and dishes from our menu in this interactive, educational event.
Your host has a Masters of Viticulture and Oenology from Germany, and has worked at wineries in California, South Africa, Germany, and now Canada. He will share tasting notes, answer any questions you may have, and teach you how to taste and pair foods at home.
